About Chennai Coastal Carnival for Children

“SAARC Haveeru – Chennai Coastal Carnival for Children” is a coastal awareness programme organised in the Chennai City. Two such programmes have already been organized one in Thimpu, Bhutan, 2009 and Kathmandu, Nepal 2010 respectively.

This year a unique carnival is being organized in Chennai by The Tamil Nadu State Office of the Centre for Environment Education (CEE) with the support of SAARC Coastal Zone Management Center, Maldives.
